THOMAS RATLIFF
PRESIDENT/GEOPHYSICIST

Thomas Ratliff is a cofounder of DDD Exploration, Inc. Thomas received a BS degree in Geophysics from Texas A&M University in 1984 and a MS degree in Geophysics from Texas A&M University in 1989.

Thomas was working as a production geophysicist for Mobil E&P before cofounding DDD Exploration Inc. in 1991.

Thomas has been exploring for oil and gas and drilling wells for over 39 years.

FRANKLIN RATLIFF
VICE PRESIDENT

Franklin Ratliff is a cofounder of DDD Exploration, Inc. Franklin received a BA degree in accounting from the University of Texas in 1985 and a law degree from Texas Tech University in 1989.

Franklin worked as an auditor for Arthur Young & Company and as an attorney for McCleskey, Harriger, Brazill & Graf before cofounding DDD Exploration Inc. in 1991.

Franklin is in charge of the land, legal and accounting departments.

MATT RATLIFF
LANDMAN

Matt Ratliff graduated from the May Business School at Texas A&M in 2018. Matt worked as the Inside Sales Manager at McDougal Companies in Lubbock, TX before joining the DDD Exploration team in 2021.
